1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Komi ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Komi is a platform that allows development agencies to automatically convert Git commit histories into professional, client-ready business reports using AI. The Service requires a GitHub account and access to your repositories.

3. Account Registration

To use Komi, you must authenticate via GitHub OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service for any fraudulent or deceptive purpose

5. GitHub Integration

By connecting your GitHub account, you authorize Komi to access your repositories and commit data as permitted by the scopes you approve during OAuth authorization. You can revoke this access at any time through your GitHub account settings. Your use of GitHub is also subject to GitHub's Terms of Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Komi and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your commit data and generated reports remain your property.

7. AI-Generated Content

Reports generated by Komi are created using AI based on your commit data. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing reports before sharing them with clients.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Komi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for the Service in the past twelve months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
